Frequently asked questions.
QHSE - Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance.
ISO9001:2025 - ISO14001:2026 - ISO45001:2027
Why would our organisation need a QHSE consultant?
ISO requirements set global standards for business processes, and becoming certified or following the guidelines shows clients that your business runs smoothly and responsibly in areas like health, safety, environment, and quality. These standards have become a basic requirement for joining supply chains, so if you can’t meet the related questionnaires, working with business partners won’t be possible.
What does consultancy really mean?
I listen closely to your needs, review your current systems, and take care of the necessary work. My top priority is keeping you legally compliant. I will develop new policies and procedures, close any gaps, or set up processes that give you the management systems you need to smoothly onboard clients and retain your approval status. I can also manage and maintain the application process for you.
I hear that consultancy is expensive?
Additonal services can add up, especially alongside costs for external certifications. That is why my rates are fair—you will only pay for what we agree on, with no contracts locking your business into ongoing commitments. You’ll see the work delivered each week, and I am confident it will prove to be great value, especially as your business grows through approved supply chain partnerships.
I don't have room here to have a consultant?
I’m flexible to work from home, at your office, on-site, or meet at hotdesk venues whenever needed.
Will site audits or attending external audits be additional costs?
It all depends on our initial review and the agreements we reach. There will be no hidden costs, and everything will be within a framework agreement tailored to your business.
Do we have to be on a retainer service?
No retainer fees—you only pay for the work we agree to.
